Programmator can establish a detailed production program, selecting the best combination of log diameter and cutting patterns, for a given period of time (a week, two weeks,..) so that one can produce exactly the required volumes of each board size.

Board length are taken into account in calculation, which was a major issue for Torpal. When cutting palet stock, many times, few board sizes are required. However, board length will vary a lot, with a requirement of a specific quantity for each size.

Needless to say, Programmator does all of this while being sure to achieve the highest possible recovery !
