DELTA 2000 - Optimisator

Optimisator's goal is to generate all possible sawing patterns suitable for cutting products that you have entered into the system.

Input data :

·         Diameter, length, taper, curvature, ovality, log orientation

·         Product sizes (cross-section, length, wane)

·         Log prices, sawn products prices

·         Saw kerfs

Software operation :

·         Automatically generates a catalogue of all possible sawing patterns to cut required products

·         Search and sort patterns for easy selection by user

Output data :

·         Graphical display of sawing patterns found

·         Volume and economical yield

·         Printed reports, in graphical or table form
